This is after a recipe traditional at the feasts of Barony of Three Rivers, esp if Rowan and Cathus are cooking. Rosewater being impossible to find this week, I used cinnamon.
5 lbs sugar
5 cups water
2T cinnamon
Boil sugar and water until it hits 300 deg, then pour into jelly pans. Let cool, then crack.
