Take 36 oz chard or spinach, 6 oz grated cheese, 5 oz oil, 12 oz curdled milk/cheese, blanch the herbs, chop small, stir together and put in a tort

48 oz spinach block
8 oz grated mozzarella
⅔ c of olive oil
2 c ricotta

Thaw the spinach, mix with cheese and oil, if too stiff drizzle in oil until consistency is right; put in pastry shell, bake at 350 for 35-45 min
