Roasted green beans
1 lb green beans
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/4 c parmesan
olive oil spray
Oven 425. Rinse beans, and snap the ends off. Dry thoroughly. Lay out on cookie sheet and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 10 min, shake the pan to turn the beans, and then for another 3-5 min. When they come out, toss with parmesan.
